This Property Management course will prepare you to take the state
exam.
Covers such topics as: leases, license law,
landlord-tenant relationships, residential and commercial properties
and fair housing laws.

Notes Concerning License requirements
No one is permitted by law to have both a
Real Estate License and A Property Manager license.
If you have a Real
Estate License you may work as a Property Manager under your
Broker-In-Charge.
You may not serve
as a Property Manager-in Charge (PMIC). Nor can you serve
under a PMIC.
If it is your
desire to become a PMIC you must put your Real Estate License
on Inactive Status and
take the Property
Manager course and sit for the Property Manager Exam and file
to be the PMIC.
