Paul, Denise and the Fortune Team,
Yesterday I successfully passed the SC
Brokers exam. I wanted to thank you all from the
bottom of my heart for helping me to reach the
pinnacle in the real estate world. It not would

with flying colors on my first attempt! Come to
think of it, I always have passed the state

putting together one of the most efficient and
effective training programs I've ever seen. Your
Real Estate Licensing Program was exactly what I

I took the class
for a slightly different reason than most. I
invest in real estate and over the years have left

Hi Denise,
I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you,
for all of your help in training
the last couple of weeks. While they had very
different teaching styles, both instructors did
a great job in presenting the material while
handling a group of people with varying degrees
skills, abilities and expertise in the field of
real estate. I did not mention it to anyone, but
I am a former adjunct Professor of Accounting from
the College of Charleston and know that it takes a
certain skills to be able to handle the range of
educational backgrounds that our class had.
Once I pass the state test, then I would like to
take the 30 hours of follow-up CE credits, but I
would like to do it on weekends after I finish
vacations with the kids this summer. I can only
take off so much time from my regular job!
PS: You are more than
