putting together one of the most efficient and
effective training programs I've ever seen. Your
Real Estate Licensing Program was exactly what I
needed.
I took the class
for a slightly different reason than most. I
invest in real estate and over the years have left
many thousands of dollars on the table simply
because I wasn't licensed to represent myself.
Your program has changed that. Even though I
always found my own properties to buy and sell, I
never collected any of the "commission."
A surprise
happened in your classes as well. I expected to
be "under-challenged" by learning to be a Real

property for years. Well, each and every session

Our instructor was Pam Hays. She is absolutely
an asset to your school. Pam's positive
attitude, ability to relate to the students and
natural teaching ability make her a wonderful
instructor. She makes the 2 week class fun and
enjoyable while teaching us the necessary
elements of real estate. She manages
personalities well and stays on topic. She gets
the students excited about real estate. Pam
cares and that shows through in the
classroom. She should be used as an example to
the other instructors. Pam inspired both me and
my husband and we feel very fortunate to have
been in her class.
We also had a substitute teacher, Dick Burnham.
Dick brings years of experience to the classroom
and although his style of teaching is not
necessarily conventional his wisdom is as
asset. Jim and I really enjoyed the opportunity
to hear Dick's advice and learn from his
stories. Dick offers advice that you can't read
in a book and this is a unique opportunity that
many never get. He is also an asset to your
school.
