Make up classes

Please complete the make up form and bring it to the class you are attending. Please advise the instructor at the beginning of the class that you are making up a class. Give the instructor your check/cash and the completed form. At the end of class, the instructor will sign your form and turn it in to our office with your payment.

When you complete the entire course you must call our office (881 2341) to schedule your final exam.  You must take the exam with a class that is testing out. This is considered a make up and you will also need the completed form and payment. When you notify us of which scheduled testing session you will join,  we will have your certificate of completion and diploma sent to that class to give to you upon successfully passing.
