Unit III Broker A

30 hour course required to obtain permission to test for Broker’s License.
This course does not require an exam and should be taken prior to Unit III-B

Unit III Broker B 
(OPL239003)
Mandatory 30 hour exam preparation course for Broker’s Licensing.
Targets the new PSI Exam offered statewide and includes such topics as agency, contracts, finance,
appraisal, real property law, license law, federal and state laws, math and closing statements.

Either Broker A or B course will satisfy your 8 Hours of continuing education requirement
